The net land area is 52956.29 square meters, the total construction area is 49379 square meters (including 4000 square meters of basement), and the estimated investment is 210.6629 million yuan (including 50 million yuan of national special fund subsidy, 30 million yuan of autonomous region budget at the same level, and the rest shall be raised by the owner).
