A. Wall Surface & Substrate Requirements

Approved Substrates (Correct): Level and smooth surfaces including smooth gypsum board, factory-finished MDF walls, and solid brick walls.

Unsuitable Substrates (Requires Rectification):
• Brick Walls: Rough masonry texture prevents direct adhesion.
• Peeling Paint / Lime Surfaces: Loose lime paint falls off, destroying adhesive bonding.
• Uneven Surfaces: Covered with lime slurry or bumps, causing air pockets.
• Damp / Moldy Walls: High humidity destroys adhesive. (Dehumidify with electric fans and seal moisture before proceeding).

B. Mandatory Substrate Rectification Wall Treatment

For Unsuitable Wall Surfaces: (such as brick walls, uneven walls, peeling paint walls, or damp/moldy walls), a substrate layer must be installed onto the structural wall before applying Pinger panels.

For routine cleaning and maintenance, simply use a clean cloth to remove dust.
In case of minor stains such as footprints, tea stains, or coffee stains, wipe with a clean cloth and warm water.
If stains are not dealt with in a timely manner and have been left for too long, use a clean cloth with a neutral cleaner to wipe.
After wiping with warm water or a cleaner, use a dry clean cloth to dry the water marks.

Special Notes

Oil-based (paint-like) stains are difficult to remove. For decorative wall surfaces, spraying can be done. If oil-based (paint-like) spray needs to be removed, the block panel can be replaced. (For removal of oil-based pen marks, pure alcohol or a mixture of alcohol and water can be used for scrubbing and wiping.)
