2.0mm vinyl surface cover plate has fine particles and compact density. It has ant-collision，fireproof，anti-scratch and abrasion resistance,antibacterial and environmental protection functions through special treatment on the surface.

• 1. Fire Performance Characteristics

Provide handrails conforming with EN13501 - 1 Class B fire rating. FLAME SPEAD AND SMOKE:ASTM  E84,CLASS A, The smoke concentration is qualified, non-toxic, and there is no dripping when burning.

2. Fungal and Bacterial Resistance

The resin material is rich in silver ions,inhibiting the fungal growth on the surface of wall panel,such as the growth of pathogenic organisms such as Escherichia coli,staphylococcus aureus .Antibacterial  proof:JISZ2801:2010.

PinGer Handrail Main Components

Stainless Steel Handrail (HRS200)
The handrail, made of stainless steel, is the primary component for gripping. It has a diameter of 1 1/2 inches (38.1mm), providing a sturdy and durable surface for users to hold onto.

Stainless Steel Mounting Bracket and Plastic Base
This part features a stainless - steel mounting bracket paired with a plastic base. Both are finished with a powder - coated metal surface. The bracket is attached to the wall using a 1/4 - 20 x 5" hex head screw with a Phillips head slot. This assembly ensures the handrail is securely fastened to the wall.

Continuous Aluminum Wall Guard
The continuous aluminum wall guard has a metal powder - coated finish with a thickness of 0.080 inches (2mm). It measures 7 - 7/8 inches (200mm) in length and is 4 1/2 inches (114.5mm) from the wall. This guard serves to protect the wall from impacts and abrasions. It is connected to the mounting bracket using a 1/4 - 20 x 3/4" hex head bolt with a serrated flange nut.
