• 1. Fire Performance Characteristics

Provide handrails conforming with EN13501 - 1 Class B fire rating. FLAME SPEAD AND SMOKE:ASTM  E84,CLASS A, The smoke concentration is qualified, non-toxic, and there is no dripping when burning.

2. Fungal and Bacterial Resistance

The resin material is rich in silver ions,inhibiting the fungal growth on the surface of wall panel,such as the growth of pathogenic organisms such as Escherichia coli,staphylococcus aureus .Antibacterial  proof:JISZ2801:2010.

3. Mould Proof

ASTM G21-15,Excellent, moisture-proof and mildew-proof, inhibit aspergillius brasiliensis , penicillium rope,short-stemmed sprouted mould,bulbar hairy shell and trichoderma viride.

4. Horizontal burning

As tested in accordance with the procedures specified in UL94HB, Standard Test Method for Rate of Burning and/or Extent and Time of Burning of Self-Supporting Plastics in a Horizontal Position.

5. Impact Strength

Provide rigid Vinyl profile materials that have an Impact Strength of 1kg as tested in accordance with the procedures specified in ASTM  D256- 10EL,GB8624 -2012, Impact Resistance of Plastics.

6. Environmental friendly

No any toxic gas, formaldehyde is qualified.You can check in immediately, and there is no need to absorb formaldehyde TVOC:ISO  16000-3-6-9 AND SGS:CA CDPH 01350 -VOC

7. Does not stain

Strong, water proof,easy to clean the surface,Anti-pollution, not easy to dye，Staining test:EN423:2001.

8. ISO Certified

Provide ISO9001/14001/45001 Certified material. Profiles shall meet the requirements of ISO9001/14001/45001 Certification Standards for Low-Emitting Products and ISO9001/14001/45001 Product Emission Standard.

9. Chemical and CORROSION Resistance

Tested according to ASTM D 543- 14/ASTM D2240- 15/ASTM D638- 14,Excellent, small coefficient of thermal expansion and cold contraction, and almost no change in temperature size.,Antibacterial and bacteriostatic, effectively resisting most acids, alkalis, salts, alcohols,Corrosion of iodine, vegetable oil, liquor, etc.

10. No heavy metals

Does not contain lead, cadmium and other toxic and harmful heavy metals,Heavy Metal Test:CA65

●Pinger handrail installed on the wall which is about 0cm~ 15cmor 80cm~90cm from foor .Wall Guards can protect the walls well from impact.

●Handrail is composited by the following parts:2mm vinyl grip cover,2mm vinyl bumper cover,2mm thickness grip aluminum retainer, 2mm thickness bumper aluminum retainer,ABS elbow,stainless steel bracket,ABS outside corner.

●38mm grip rail+127mm bumper rail+insert aluminum with screws.

●Wall protection and handrail system

●Combines two functions,wall protection and corridor handrailing,which may be used seprately or unsion to prodive a uniform look throughout thr building.
