1、New Vinyl Materials

2.0mm vinyl surface cover plate has fine particles and compact density. It has ant-collision，fireproof，anti-scratch and abrasion resistance,antibacterial and environmental protection functions through special treatment on the surface.

The surface layer has anti slip fine lines and anti-fouling treatment,which is easy to clean.

Installation Instruction

●Measure and transfer the handrail mounting hole locations from the bracket,elbow.

●Cut the vinyl cover to the lengths between returns and elbows.

• 1. Fire Performance Characteristics

Provide handrails conforming with EN13501 - 1 Class B fire rating. FLAME SPEAD AND SMOKE:ASTM  E84,CLASS A, The smoke concentration is qualified, non-toxic, and there is no dripping when burning.

2. Fungal and Bacterial Resistance

The resin material is rich in silver ions,inhibiting the fungal growth on the surface of wall panel,such as the growth of pathogenic organisms such as Escherichia coli,staphylococcus aureus .Antibacterial  proof:JISZ2801:2010.

3. Mould Proof

ASTM G21-15,Excellent, moisture-proof and mildew-proof, inhibit aspergillius brasiliensis , penicillium rope,short-stemmed sprouted mould,bulbar hairy shell and trichoderma viride.

4. Horizontal burning

As tested in accordance with the procedures specified in UL94HB, Standard Test Method for Rate of Burning and/or Extent and Time of Burning of Self-Supporting Plastics in a Horizontal Position.

5. Impact Strength

Provide rigid Vinyl profile materials that have an Impact Strength of 1kg as tested in accordance with the procedures specified in ASTM  D256- 10EL,GB8624 -2012, Impact Resistance of Plastics.

6. Environmental friendly

No any toxic gas, formaldehyde is qualified.You can check in immediately, and there is no need to absorb formaldehyde TVOC:ISO  16000-3-6-9 AND SGS:CA CDPH 01350 -VOC
